Stay positive on Chinese equities and emerging Asian bonds

An easier monetary condition and sanguine growth outlook should support Chinese equities. With much steeper yield curves and higher real yields than their developed market peers, the local currency bonds of high yielding emerging Asian economies look attractive. Our view is to stay positive on Chinese equities and emerging Asian bonds.
